Iโm halfway through the Hawaii Tech Startup House, and the journey has been both a test of endurance and a source of deep inspiration.
Our group of driven entrepreneurs are not only scaling new businesses but doing so with AI innovations that most people havenโt even seen yet.
Each day begins with an early morning hike through breathtaking Hawaiian landscapes or snorkeling in the ocean or sunrises, and these moments allow us to start our days with clarity and purpose.
Thereโs something about Hawaii that is grounding; the hectic schedule somehow feels calming in such a beautiful environment.
By 8:30am, the real work begins, and we dive into a full day of intense focus.
Weโre tackling 150 tasks head-on, from building AI-powered chatbots and marketing creatives to launching new products and crafting dynamic branding campaigns.
The pace is intense, but this place and community make it all flow.
Despite the packed days, I wouldnโt trade a single moment.
Iโm grateful for how everything here has been infused with purposeโfrom Christlike leadership to wellness practices and even vegan cooking.
These elements are what keep us sharp and focused, allowing us to push boundaries in both business and life.
Even with all this, I made a quick day trip to Las Vegas to teach a half-day course for the YPO Global One Chapter.
Despite the whirlwind, I stayed on top of my commitments, teaching remotely while enjoying the surreal moment of seeing my image on Resorts World Las Vegas โ Las Vegasโ most expensive building to date at $4.3 billion.
We also hosted a VIP event at the Sphere (the new $2.3 billion immersive experience), an incredible venue featuring AI humanoid robots
Turning down 3 speaking engagements for Real AI Dynamics for over 1,000 participants conflicting with my calendar was tough, but my commitment to the Hawaii Tech Startup House and Trelais Venture Studio is the priority.
This is where the future is being built, and Iโm proud to be a part of it.
Since arriving, the schedule has been so packed that Iโm still catching up on emails and WhatsApp messages, but the work weโre doing hereโboth in AI and leadershipโmakes it all worth it.
This is truly a heroโs journey for all of us as we master AI, build businesses, and push boundaries, all while staying grounded in wellness and ethical leadership.
