After an exhilarating journey to a dozen cities in just as many days, I’m back with a heart full of gratitude and a vision for what’s next.

It’s been an honor to serve as the keynote speaker at the Build Stuff – Software Development Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania, sharing insights with some of the brightest minds in technology.

From there, I returned to a place close to my heart—a Hollywood Hills mansion that serves as the headquarters for a company I built into a global force in personal growth education, touching millions of lives across 100+ countries.

Just down the street in Beverly Hills, I had the privilege of delivering a keynote talk at Light Dao to a room of visionary CEOs and entrepreneurs, diving deep into how AI can revolutionize their businesses.

Now back in Las Vegas, I’m fully immersed in preparing the launch of several exciting new ventures within the Trelais Venture Studio.

Together with the Real AI Dynamics team, we’re bringing the next wave of AI education to life.

Our workshops and tools are designed to empower entrepreneurs with actionable strategies, driving results like 300% lead generation increases, 10x marketing efficiency, and unprecedented operational growth for our clients.

Writing this from Korean Airlines Las Vegas airport lounge, about to embark on a whirlwind adventure spanning the globe—all between now and next weekend.

Stops include Seoul, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Brunei, Dubai, Vilnius, and London before finally returning to Vegas.

It’s a thrill to connect with my Dad in Manila, explore family real estate, and set foot in Brunei for the first time.

Then, it’s business in Dubai, a keynote in Vilnius for the Build Stuff – Software Development Conference, and a meetup in London with Nikhal G., Real AI Dynamics’ head of operations.

I’ve lived in the fast lane and it’s why I found myself flying an Italian fighter plane after winning a charity auction with Richard Branson.

As I explore locations for our next Trelais Tech Startup House, I’m driven to align growth goals with purpose.

This past week marked the final weekly update at the Trelais Tech Startup House for our 30-Day Real AI Dynamics Immersion Program Challenge in Oahu, Hawaii, and I can truly say it’s been a transformative journey.

I’m beyond excited to celebrate my birthday at the happiest place on Earth—the Polynesian Cultural Center on the campus of Brigham Young University–Hawaii.

It’s my favorite place, and today, I was honored to give a presentation for the Entrepreneurship Club there.

The experience of sharing my entrepreneurial journey and AI expertise with the community has been incredibly fulfilling.

We’ve been fortunate to welcome some world-class guests, mentors, and lecturers to the house, providing insights that were nothing short of inspiring.

Yet, the most valuable part of this journey wasn’t just the wisdom gained—it was the friendships and relationships forged.

The true magic lies in the connections we’ve made, lifting each other up, empowering each other to reach greater heights, and setting the stage for continued success together.

I had the opportunity to speak at the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, addressing the AI in Business Society and demonstrating how AI can solve real-world challenges through practical use cases.

The custom AI development projects we’ve been building for enterprises have been amazing, showing just how impactful AI can be in driving business growth and innovation.

It hasn’t been all smooth sailing—we worked incredibly hard, often putting in sleepless nights to get the job done.

Amid the hustle, I found time to relax and enjoy the Hawaii community that I’ve come to love.

From sharing delicious and healthy vegan meals with friends at the tech house to an oceanfront lunch, to even golfing and having lunch with YPOers at a local country club—every moment has been a reminder of how lucky I am to be here.

The Hawaii community has shown me the perfect blend of wellness, business, and connection.

These experiences are about more than just business growth; they’re about creating a balanced life filled with meaningful relationships and unforgettable memories.

The friendships and support systems we’ve built at Trelais are what truly set this program apart.

We’ve become a powerful mastermind, ready to uplift and support each other as we chase our goals.

This journey has shown that true success comes from surrounding yourself with those who push you to be better, sharing the grind, taking risks, and always moving forward together.

Back in Hawaii for the Tech Startup House program, and it’s been nothing short of exhilarating.

Fresh off a whirlwind trip to Las Vegas for a YPO conference where the feedback was incredible—participants gave us outstanding ratings with overall survey scores stating we exceeded their business expectations and set a new bar for YPO quality.

I’m honored to have been one of the champions of this experience, along with Michael Caito and Billy Bosch, and am grateful for the amazing support from Lesley Phibbs and Kassidy Krystek.

Now that I’m back, the pace hasn’t slowed down.

Every day is filled with workshops, CEO presentations, and guiding the entrepreneurs-in-residence through the intricacies of scaling their ventures.

As we close out week three, with just a little over a week to go, the energy and momentum are palpable.

This week, I’ve had the opportunity to lead presentations for AI Success Blueprint and Brigham Young University’s AI Society for Business at the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.

The connections we’ve built, the learning lunches with YPO members, and the relentless focus on personal and business growth have been game-changers.

I’m especially grateful for the team at Real AI Dynamics, who have supported our rapid scaling efforts and helped launch multiple ventures at Trelais Venture Studio.

Beyond the business hustle, this experience has been deeply personal.

Between beach trips, working closely with our team, and the simple act of sharing plant-based meals with everyone here, I’ve found that this journey has intertwined my leadership with a newfound focus on spiritual and personal growth.

This is not just about scaling businesses; it’s about scaling myself.

As I prepare to launch AI Selling Systems and RAID Voice as new business lines at Trelais, I’m seeing these products evolve into multiple offerings.

Artificial intelligence has allowed us to push boundaries and achieve exponential growth, but it’s also made me reflect on the kind of life I want to build for my family and the legacy I want to leave behind.

Balancing this growth with my personal values has been eye-opening, and I’m excited about the possibilities ahead.

I can’t help but wonder what it would be like to take this experience and apply it to a more intimate setting with my core team.

The camaraderie, the shared mission, the daily grind together—there’s something incredibly inspiring about that.

And it’s something I want to build on as we continue to drive innovation and growth in everything we do.

This is just the beginning.

I’m halfway through the Hawaii Tech Startup House, and the journey has been both a test of endurance and a source of deep inspiration.

Our group of driven entrepreneurs are not only scaling new businesses but doing so with AI innovations that most people haven’t even seen yet.

Each day begins with an early morning hike through breathtaking Hawaiian landscapes or snorkeling in the ocean or sunrises, and these moments allow us to start our days with clarity and purpose.

There’s something about Hawaii that is grounding; the hectic schedule somehow feels calming in such a beautiful environment.

By 8:30am, the real work begins, and we dive into a full day of intense focus.

We’re tackling 150 tasks head-on, from building AI-powered chatbots and marketing creatives to launching new products and crafting dynamic branding campaigns.

The pace is intense, but this place and community make it all flow.

Despite the packed days, I wouldn’t trade a single moment.

I’m grateful for how everything here has been infused with purpose—from Christlike leadership to wellness practices and even vegan cooking.

These elements are what keep us sharp and focused, allowing us to push boundaries in both business and life.

Even with all this, I made a quick day trip to Las Vegas to teach a half-day course for the YPO Global One Chapter.

Despite the whirlwind, I stayed on top of my commitments, teaching remotely while enjoying the surreal moment of seeing my image on Resorts World Las Vegas — Las Vegas’ most expensive building to date at $4.3 billion.

We also hosted a VIP event at the Sphere (the new $2.3 billion immersive experience), an incredible venue featuring AI humanoid robots

Turning down 3 speaking engagements for Real AI Dynamics for over 1,000 participants conflicting with my calendar was tough, but my commitment to the Hawaii Tech Startup House and Trelais Venture Studio is the priority.

This is where the future is being built, and I’m proud to be a part of it.

Since arriving, the schedule has been so packed that I’m still catching up on emails and WhatsApp messages, but the work we’re doing here—both in AI and leadership—makes it all worth it.

This is truly a hero’s journey for all of us as we master AI, build businesses, and push boundaries, all while staying grounded in wellness and ethical leadership.
