This week has been a testament to the transformative power of leadership, values, and innovation.

I had the privilege of traveling to Los Angeles with church youth I mentor from Las Vegas.

They had the opportunity to visit my Hollywood Hills house, which serves as the headquarters for Self Mastery Co (Self Mastery Co.) and a hub for creativity, growth, and entrepreneurial inspiration.

During their visit, we explored how the values of leadership, respect, and kindness align with entrepreneurship and innovation.

I shared insights from my 20+ years of building businesses and introduced them to Real AI Dynamics, where we are creating AI solutions that not only transform businesses but empower entrepreneurs to scale faster, reduce stress, and achieve their goals more effectively.

The programs we run at Real AI Dynamics are designed to equip entrepreneurs with actionable strategies and cutting-edge tools.

Whether through our startup house programs, AI workshops, or consulting services, we focus on delivering tangible benefits.

We help entrepreneurs harness AI technologies to streamline operations, enhance marketing, and build sustainable growth models.

After returning to Las Vegas, I shifted gears to prepare for the next phase of our Trelais startup house program.

The first week of the Trelais Tech Startup House Immersion Program on Oahu has been nothing short of transformative.

It’s been an intense, action-packed schedule where my days have blurred into one long, beautiful journey of discovery.

From sunrise prayer and wellness exercises to deep-dive AI workshops at Brigham Young University–Hawaii… there’s been no downtime—but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Together, we’ve brought entrepreneurs from Real AI Dynamics and our immersion program under one roof, building businesses with AI as the cornerstone.

Highlights?

Let’s just say we’re not confined to the boardroom.

We’ve been blessed with incredible island weather and experiences like an epic boat trip, hikes, and, of course, vegan cooking classes that nourish both body and mind. 🥑🍍

Hiking to some of the most scenic spots on the island has fueled our collective creativity, and yes, we’ve made time to hit those stunning beaches to reflect and recharge. 🌴🏄‍♂️

What’s truly special is the community that’s formed here.

We start each day with a sense of gratitude and a focus on holistic wellness—whether it’s through fitness, prayer, or simply gathering to share ideas over a meal.

We’re not just building businesses; we’re building a more Christlike community that is inspiring each of us to lead with goodness in everything we do. 🙏

One of my favorite parts of the program?

We’ve transformed entrepreneurship into a challenge of 150 tasks (yes, really), with each entrepreneur tackling a new goal every 30 minutes, keeping us sharp, focused, and pushing our limits.

The entrepreneurs I admire—YPO community leaders and close friends—have joined us here to share their knowledge, and their mentorship has been invaluable.

This immersion has been a journey of growth for all of us—both in our businesses and our personal lives.

I’ve been incredibly moved by how much we’ve learned about each other in just one week.

There’s a sense of family here that I didn’t expect but that I’m deeply grateful for.

Whether it’s helping each other stay on track or simply sharing in each other’s wins and struggles, the bonds we’re forming are something special.

Huge shoutout to the amazing staff, friends, and the entrepreneurs in residence who’ve made this program possible.

The house feels like home, the beach is just a walk away, and I’m excited for the weeks to come.

Moral of the story?

Entrepreneurship is about more than just building a business.

It’s about building each other up, living a life filled with purpose, and always remembering to enjoy the journey. 🌟

Once upon a time, in a bustling city filled with ambition and innovation, 46 eager minds gathered to embark on a transformative journey.

This city is Dubai, and these individuals are part of the Vjal Institute‘s Train the Trainer event.

As I stand here, teaching a workshop on AI Magic Tricks, I am reminded of the importance of sharing knowledge and igniting passion.

Guided by my mentor, Aditya Paul Berlia, a visionary global leader, we are shaping the next generation of AI instructors.

His influence has deeply impacted my teachings at Real AI Dynamics and my work with young entrepreneurs at Trelais Venture Studio.

Watching these future leaders evolve has been a testament to the power of mentorship and dedication.

This week has been an exhilarating adventure, not just within the classroom but also exploring the cutting-edge technology and immersive art galleries like the Arte Museum and the Museum of the Future.

Additionally, the upgraded AI for CEO Empowerment Workshop by Vjal Institute has provided new insights and strategies that I can’t wait to implement.

Sharing these experiences with friends has been equally rewarding, such as spending time on a yacht in Dubai Marina, reflecting on the immense opportunities that lie ahead.

As I prepare for my last scheduled AI Bootcamp at my Hollywood Hills mansion on July 25-27, I’m about to embark on a whirlwind tour across India, Vietnam, Australia, Philippines, Japan, Brunei, and Hawaii.

This rapid travel will be a week of discovery and bonding with my Dad before diving back into the world of AI.

This week has been a remarkable chapter in my journey, filled with purpose and gratitude.

I had the privilege of delivering an AI workshop at the Church Headquarters, inspiring leaders committed to training others in self-reliance.

Being in Utah for this mission has been a blessing, allowing me to contribute to a cause that resonates deeply with me.

Empathizing with the struggles people face, especially in building emotional resilience during challenging times, has been a key part of my personal growth.

My quest for knowledge has led me to study from gurus, attend meditation retreats, practice yoga, and engage in deep scripture study of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints doctrine.

This journey has profoundly shaped my understanding and ability to teach others.

I’m also grateful for the opportunity to share my teachings with the Napoleon Hill Institute.

As a fan of Napoleon Hill’s book, “Think and Grow Rich,” I recognize the paramount importance of success mindsets.

I strive to model after ethically sound leaders who aim to be more like Christ while achieving great business success.

Additionally, this week has involved an almost daily trip to the spa for sauna, massage, meditation, and breathwork, along with a lot of time at home meditating.

An hour of daily meditation does wonders and I believe it helps bring people closer to Christ.

I have a strong desire to go much deeper into these practices and have found the benefits profound.

I’m grateful for these self-care practices combined with a healthy vegan diet.

This week, I’m excited to travel to London to meet Nikhal G. from my operations team and then head to Dubai for a series of events with the Vjal Institute for continuing AI studies.

The future holds incredible promise, and I am thrilled about the possibilities.

This week in San Francisco, I had the incredible opportunity to teach an AI workshop for SF Deep Tech Week and attend a dinner event promoting social good for the local community, hosted for VCs, family offices, and entrepreneurs.

The dinner took place at a mansion across the street from where I attended the GenAI Summit just a couple of weeks ago.

It was great to be part of the week’s activities with Jiarun Chen, who is a host of SF Deep Tech Week and graduate of Trelais Tech Startup House in Vegas.

I was grateful to catch up with him and see him thriving, making a better world and inspiring change.

He has been a part of my hero journey of transformation, having lived with me and 10 other entrepreneurs in my Vegas house.

Currently, I am in London, preparing another Trelais cohort and planning to meet RAID operations manager, Nikhal G., today to discuss summer plans for Real AI Dynamics and Trelais over dinner.

I am grateful for opportunities ahead and for using Christlike leadership skills in the tech startups I am involved with and the entrepreneurs I mentor.

Tomorrow, I travel to Dubai for a series of workshops with Vjal Institute, and I am excited to see the amazing Aditya Paul Berlia.

I highly recommend Vjal CEO Empowerment programs and hope to meet many AI Instructors in training at Knowledge Park in Dubai.

I am excited as RAID instructors prepare to teach bootcamps.

Many are teaching this week and next week, and they will join me on July 25-27 for my big finale bootcamp in LA at my Hollywood Hills house at the very top of Hollywood Hills, offering a skyline making you feel you are on top of the world, with city lights looking like stars in the sky—a fitting setting for an AI event to innovate your business to skyrocket.

At SF dinner, I met people involved with schools in India and helping communities. I offer free education to children, transforming education to one they deserve.

I thank God for the chance to focus on being the best person I can be, focusing on my health, wealth, and relationships.

I appreciate how I have a life full of people who inspire me, make me a better example, and help me continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in my life.

I hope to inspire those I encounter with more love.

I am grateful to my friends, family, and the AI RAIDer community for their support in helping me bring my dreams to fruition and allowing me to do the same for them.

I am thankful for having enough resources to push me forward even during the toughest times for me and my loved ones.

I am grateful God made me a vegan, giving me energy to do so much more in life than I ever imagined possible.

I testify to the truth of how teachings of Christ have helped me be a better version of myself and protected me and my goals. I hope to invite all to follow the same.

I recently had the privilege of extending my stay in Dubai to offer a complimentary exploratory session on AI to Danube Properties, renowned for their cutting-edge developments.

This week, I also had the pleasure of working with Brad Moss of Enhanced Ai and Zack Judson on AI integration projects.

Preparing with my Real AI Dynamics team for our AI Agency build-outs in digital marketing and custom AI App Lab technologies has been a rewarding experience.

I’m proud of our rapid business growth and personal development, navigating hectic times with grace.

Our marketing team led by Luan Oak has been fantastic, working on AI digital twin build-outs for an investor from the TV show, Shark Tank, in Brazil, and supporting our bootcamp instructors like Jay Nettles and Nikhal G., who showcased exceptional leadership and Christlike virtues during our workshops with Danube Properties.

As I prepare for our final AI bootcamp at my Hollywood Hills house next week, I’m looking forward to spending the weekend with my Dad in Manila, reflecting on my journey and the support I’ve received.
